Schedule 3 — Design Standards Register

Schedule to the Formulize End-User Licence Agreement  |  Living document, updated with each Program release

Version:  |  Effective:  |  Last reviewed: r Section 01
Purpose and Legal Significance

This Register forms Schedule 3 to the Formulize Ltd EULA and the Design Standards Disclaimer contained within it. It lists the engineering design standards implemented in the Program at any given time.

Why this matters
A standard listed as 'Active' is one the Program currently implements. It does not mean the standard is applicable to any particular User's project — that determination remains the User's sole responsibility. Inaccuracy in this Register creates liability exposure: listing a standard as implemented when it is not, or omitting one that is, undermines the EULA's Design Standards Disclaimer.

The Register serves to: fulfil the contractual disclosure obligation to Users; enable Users to verify applicability to their project; provide a quality assurance audit trail; and identify the scope of professional verification required before outputs are applied.

Section 02
Maintenance Obligations
  • This Register must be reviewed and updated before each public release of the Program.
  • When a new design standard is added, a new row must be added before or at the time of release.
  • When an existing standard is updated (new edition implemented), the Edition/Year column must be updated and the change recorded in the Amendment Log.
  • When a standard is removed, the Status column must be changed to 'Deprecated' and the date recorded. Deprecated rows must be retained for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Where a national annex is implemented, this must be noted in the Jurisdiction and Notes columns.
